Jo Leinen says change of government in Czech republic is handicap to EU

Brussels, 07/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - Jo Leinen (EUROPE 9877) criticised the fact that “the turbulence in the Czech Republic and the change of government in the middle of the EU presidency represent a major handicap and a mortgage for the European Union”.
