Brussels, 07/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) expressed delight on Tuesday 7 April 2009 that Costa Rica, Malaysia, the Philippines and Uruguay have pledged to respect OECD rules on the exchange of information between public authorities in investigation of alleged tax fraud.
