25/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 24 March, the European Commission authorised aid of €40.6 million which the German authorities intend to grant to Hamburger Spremberg, belonging to the Austrian Prinzhorn Holding, for the construction of a paper mill in Spremberg, Brandenburg Südwest region.
