Africa and Balkans new hubs for getting cocaine into Europe

Brussels, 24/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - According to the annual report by the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), published on Thursday 19 February in Vienna, West Africa and the Balkans are managing to establish themselves as new access routes for cocaine from Latin America into Western Europe.
