09/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers, on 28 November, adopted a framework decision amending the 2002 framework decision on combating terrorism. This will allow three new infringements to be included in legislation: public incitement to commit terrorist acts, recruitment for terrorism and training for terrorism (see EUROPE 9746).
