Brussels, 05/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - In a judgment delivered on 4 December, the Court of First Instance ruled that the European Council had not given sufficient reasons for including the People's Mojahedin Organisation of Iran (PMOI) on its list of terrorist organisations. This is the third time the European Court has annulled the PMOI's inclusion on the list, but the first with regard to a still valid list.
