05/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 3 December 2008, the European Commission authorised Kuehne+Nagel Participations Sàrl (France)'s plan to buy up French company Alloin Holding SAS. Kuehne+Nagel is active in freight forwarding, contractual logistics, insurance brokerage and real estate. Alloin supplies freight transport services. The deal was examined using the simplified procedure. (O.L.)
