Go-ahead for three concentrations

Brussels, 05/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 5 December 2008, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to three acquisitions. French maritime transport company SNCM, operating in the Mediterranean, will be taken over by French company Veolia Transport, a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement. German supplier of catering services Zehnacker will be bought up by Sodexo SA (France), active in the same industry.
