Brussels, 05/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - The final General Affairs/External Relations Council to be held under French Presidency, to be held in Brussels on Monday 8 December, will serve, in particular, to prepare for the European Council of 11-12 December, when a number of especially important issues will be on the agenda (see below).
