11/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 11 November, the Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Swift tankers Pool, a Danish company specialising in transporting petroleum products by sea, by its fellow Danish company A.P. Møller-Mærsk, which is active in a broad range of sea transport, storage, and petroleum production services. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (C.D./transl.rt)
