Policy paper on regulating online betting is being prepared by Council

Brussels, 28/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The French EU Council Presidency will be submitting a policy paper on regulating the gambling sector and online betting more specifically to European ministers responsible for competitiveness early December. This progress report will above all aim to draw up an inventory of existing national legislation (see EUROPE 9677).
