Memorandum of understanding on support for sustainable investment in urban, areas in Wielkopolska Region signed

Brussels, 24/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Regional Self-government of the Wielkopolska Region (Województwo wielkopolskie), on 16 October, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the creation of a JESSICA Holding Fund. Wielkopolska is the first region in Central Europe that has signed such a memorandum leading to the implementation of JESSICA (Joint European Support for Sustainable Investment in City Areas).
