24/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - EU Budget Commissioner Dalia Grybauskaite will attend the official launch in Beijing on 31 October 2008 of the 3rd phase of the METP EU-China manager exchange and training programme. Divided into four ten-month stages, METP is an initiative of the European Commission and the Chinese government. The application deadline for the fourth stage is 4 January 2009.
