24/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On 24 October 2008, the Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of joint control of North Sea Petroleum Holding BV of The Netherlands by Stichting Administratiekantoor Van der Sluijs Groep Holding (STAK Van der Sluijs Groep) of The Netherlands and Frisol Beheer BV, also of The Netherlands.
