Brussels, 22/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - Through their invitation to UN High Representative for the Alliance of Civilisations Jorge Sampaio to address the European Parliament on Wednesday 22 October, MEPs highlighted their support for this UN “instrument” which was set up in 2005 and seeks to enhance dialogue and understanding, in particular, between the Western and Islamic worlds.
