14/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 13 October 2008, the European Parliament's budgets committee endorsed a draft decision to provide €12.8 million in aid for the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique to help them clean up after Hurricane Dean in August 2007.
