Environment committee vote on ETS revision keeps up fight against global warming without making concessions to industry

Brussels, 07/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - Deaf to recriminations from industry, members of the European Parliament environment committee stuck to the level of ambition proposed by the European Commission when they gave their verdict on the daft directive to revise and extent the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) (7 October).
