Investigatory mission into Fos-sur-Mer incinerator

Brussels, 02/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - Following two petitions, one from a private individual in 2006 and the other from the Port Saint-Louis du Rhône anti-incinerator collective in 2007, the European Parliament's petition's committee, presided by Marcin Libicki (UEN, Poland), organised an investigatory mission on 29-30 September in Marseilles into the very controversial incinerator at Fos-sur-Mer.
