30/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Council decided on 29 September to extend for 12 months, until 10 October 2009, common position 2004/694/PESC under the terms of which the EU automatically freezes all the capital and economic resources belonging to any person officially charged with war crimes by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), but who have not been placed under detention by the Tribunal.
