30/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to two acquisitions under the simplified merger review procedure. The joint control of seven InterContinental-branded hotels by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund VI International-GP LLC (active in real estate investment and management) and InterContinental Hotels Group, plc (IHG) of the United Kingdom.
