30/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - At the end of the first civil society forum organised by Baltic countries on 25-26 September in Riga (EUROPE 9747), the civil society organisations from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia adopted a final declaration in which they welcome the implementation by the Baltic countries' authorities of a framework for civil dialogue. These organisations mainly recommend the improvement and strengthening of relations and contacts between civil society organisations in the member states of the EU and European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).
