30/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers adopted without debate on Monday 29 September a regulation modifying the 2007 regulation on the production and labelling of organic products. The new rules aim to defer until 1 July 2010 the obligation for operators to use the Community logo foreseen in the regulation (EUROPE 9731). Operators may, however, as an option, use the current logo mentioned in annex V of the 1991 regulation until the creation of a new Community logo....
