In two days' time, EU ministers will discuss fight against counterfeiting, ecological modes of production and space

Brussels, 24/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Competitiveness Council opening on Thursday 25 September, is expected to enable EU27 ministers responsible for this domain to examine a strategy needed for fighting counterfeiting and piracy. Other points include SMEs, production of sustainable goods and public procurement. Friday will focus on research, following a brief Space Council.

The Competitiveness Council is expected to adopt a resolution on a global plan to fight counterfeiting and piracy...
