Commission launches citizenship information campaign in Romania

Brussels, 24/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 September, the European Commission announced that an itinerant campaign would be launched in Romania under the banner “European citizenship is not just words, but also concrete rights”. The aim is to inform EU citizens on their rights. “The purpose of this campaign, ultimately, is truly to enhance protection, promotion and respect of citizens' rights.
