24/09/2008 (Agence Europe) -On Wednesday 24 September, the European Commission authorised merger plans which will see Klépierre S.A. (France), which belongs to the BNP Paribas (France), and Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP (Netherlands) take joint control of the company Steen & Strøm ASA (Norway) by share purchase.
