Inés Ayala Sender report adjusts proposal on crossborder prosecution of road offences

Brussels, 10/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's transport committee adopted, on Tuesday 9 September, a number of amendments to the proposal for a directive aimed at facilitating prosecution of road offences committed by people driving in a member state other than that where the vehicle is registered (see EUROPE 9626).
