22/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 21 August, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of certain assets of Loparex Holding B.V. of the Netherlands by Mondi plc of South Africa. The latter manufactures siliconised release liners and speciality papers.
