22/08/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to acquisition of joint control of the hotel group, Capital France Hôtel S.C.A., by BNP Paribas S.A., Sophia GE S.A., which belongs to the General Electric Company, and the private investor, Jean-Philippe Chomette.
