Brussels, 18/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the proposed acquisition of the Swedish public enterprise V&S Vin & Sprit (V&S) by the French company Pernod Ricard on Thursday 17 July. The European Commission's decision is, however, subject to the sale of a number of brands in markets where the Commission has identified competition concerns.
