Toulouse, 18/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - European legal professionals and experts meeting at a conference in Toulouse on Thursday 17 July (see EUROPE 9706) looked at the issue of Joint Investigation Teams (JITs) in two workshops led by Spain's Javier Zaragoza, chief public prosecutor in the Audiencia Nacional, Baudouin Thouvenot, vice-president in charge of investigations at the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris (France), Christian Schierholt, prosecutor at the Celle Court of Appeal...
