Bank and European Ombudsman sign memorandum of understanding

Brussels, 11/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - European Ombudsman (EO) Nikiforos Diamandouros and President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Philippe Maystadt signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Luxembourg on Wednesday 9 July. The purpose of the agreement is to improve protection for stakeholders from any possible maladministration as regards the EIB's activities.
