EP calls on Italy to stop ethnic census of Roma

Brussels, 11/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament calls on the Italian authorities to refrain from collecting fingerprints from Roma people, including children, saying this is an act of discrimination banned by the European Convention of Human Rights.
