Legal affairs committee calls for greater transparency of hedge funds and investment

Brussels, 01/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's legal affairs committee unanimously adopted, on Thursday 26 June, the report by Klaus-Heiner Lehne (EPP-ED, Germany) which calls on the European Commission to submit legislative proposals aimed at making hedge funds and private equity more transparent.
