01/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 30 June, the European Commission cleared acquisition of joint control of Contarsa Sociedad de Estiba, SA (Spain) by DP World Ltd (United Arab Emirates) and by ZIM Integrated Shipping Services (Israel). Contarsa provides stevedoring services in the Port of Tarragona. Simplified procedure was used to examine the operation. (C.D./transl.jl)
