24/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 24 June 2008, the Commission approved the joint acquisition of the financial and administrative services provider Forso Nordic AB (Sweden) by the companies Sofinco SA (France) and Saracen HoldCo AB (Sweden). Sofinco, which is wholly owned by Crédit Agricole, is a specialist in loans to consumers. Saracen is the holding company of the car manufacturer Ford Motor Company.
