Brussels, 25/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - The watchwords of Avril Doyle (EPP-ED, Ireland), rapporteur on review of the Community system for trading greenhouse gas emission quotas (ETS), are respect for the basic architecture of the European Commission's proposal but also extension of the scope of the ETS directive.
