09/06/2008 (Agence Europe) -Eurochambers, the organisation representing 45 national associations of Chambers of Commerce and Industry at European level, celebrated its 50th anniversary on Thursday 5 June 2008, with a bel canto and piano recital at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels, attended by Margarida Barroso. The wife of the President of the European Commission was there to present the European Foundation for Street Children (EFSC), whose initiatives include reinforcing HIV/AIDS prevention and social work with children, more and more of whom live on the street throughout Europe, including in Brussels.
