Brussels, 28/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - The proposals on the table at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on opening up the world's farm and industrial products markets are causing concern among the EU27 (see EUROPE 9664). Briefing EU foreign ministers on the two draft WTO agreements in Brussels on 26 May 2008, EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson noted the wide divergence in views among EU member states, most of which are concerned about the direction of the WTO talks.
