Brussels, 24/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - Lithuania still harbours reservations about EU-Russia negotiations on a strengthened partnership agreement (EUROPE 9644) and is concerned about Moscow's attempts to establish official links with the self-proclaimed republics of Abkhazia and Southern Ossetia in Georgia, without Tbilisi's authorisation.
