Parliament calls for WTO reform

Strasbourg, 24/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption of the report by Cristiana Muscardini (UEN, Italy) by 495 votes to 15 and 53 abstentions, in Strasbourg on Thursday 24 April, the European Parliament submitted its recommendations aimed at increasing the WTO's democratic legitimacy and effectiveness with a view to possible reform.
