24/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 21 April, the European Investment Bank (EIB) decided to lend €70 million for energy, health, education and social housing infrastructure projects by small and medium-sized enterprises and municipalities in Bulgaria. Innovative projects developing the knowledge-based society will also benefit from this funding, as will projects in the areas of industry and services.
