Brussels, 10/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - Sports equipment manufacturer, Adidas, has won its case at the Court of Justice in a ruling made on Thursday 10 April. The Court declared that the “requirement of availability” cannot be used in ongoing proceedings in the Netherlands, where Adidas is pursuing competitors for having decorated certain products with two stripes, which is similar to Adidas' three stripe brand (Case C-102/07).
