Brussels, 27/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - The first Energy Council under Slovene presidency is to tackle, on Thursday 28 February, two issues that have been in the Community limelight for over a year now: - the 3rd series of measures for liberalisation of the internal market for electricity and gas, and the energy and climate package, which will be the subject of two political debates chaired by the Slovenian minister for the economy, Andrej Vizjak.
