Brussels, 27/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 27 February, the Committee of Permanent Representatives from member states of the EU adopted a draft common Council position on freezing funds and economic resources belonging to Colonel Mohamed Bacar (the self-proclaimed president of the island of Anjouan) as well as those belonging to other members of his government.
