Brussels, 26/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - How can the European metal industries face global competition on equal terms? This is the question which the European Commission attempts to answer in a communication adopted on Friday 22 February (EUROPE 9609). The sector is currently losing ground in as far as it is subject to greater constraints compared to other parts of the world.
