19/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 18 February during a debate with Dick Marty, rapporteur for the Council of Europe on terrorism, members of the EP's civil liberties committee (LIBE) said that the EU has to revise its procedures for establishing terrorist black lists because they do not guarantee respect for fundamental rights and lack democratic control.
