New call for proposals to reduce road transport, congestion and environmental impact

Brussels, 04/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 4 February the European Commission published the second call for proposals for the creation and upgrade of freight transport services under the Marco Polo II programme. Successful projects should fight congestion on European roads and improve the environmental performance of the freight transport system.
