Alpes-Mediterranean Euro-region opens Brussels office to better highlight its priorities and obtain European funding

Brussels, 04/02/2008 (Agence Europe) -On Thursday 31 January, the presidents of the Liguria, Piedmont, Provence-Alps-Côte d'Azur and Aosta Valley regions inaugurated the Alps-Mediterranean Euro-region centre in Brussels. Meglena Kuneva (consumer protection) attended the event. The Commissioner for regional policy Danuta Hübner took part in the Euro-region work session before the inauguration of the centre (EUROPE 9589).
