Brussels, 04/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On the margins of the Energy Council in Brussels on Monday 3 December, coordinator Mario Monti informed European Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs of his first conclusions on the electricity interconnection plan between France and Spain.
