04/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 3 December, the European Commission decided to authorise the acquisition of the French company Cofranlai SAS by two other French firms: Entremont Alliance and Sodiaal Industrie (owned by Sodiaal Union de Coopératives agricoles). Entremont Alliance and Sodiaal are active in the processing and marketing of milk products (cheese, milk powder). Cofranlai produces milk powder. (L.D.)
